The Evolution of Lipid Lowering in CVD – A new approach with Leqvio

Anti-amyloid antibodies – what do stroke physicians need to know?

Dr Yassi will give a brief overview of anti-amyloid antibodies in Alzheimer’s Disease and then focus on aspects that are most relevant to stroke physicians: management of acute stroke in people on anti-amyloid antibodies (including considerations of reperfusion therapy); recognition of Amyloid-Related Imaging Abnormalities (ARIA) (particularly as a clinical differential for acute stroke); imaging features of ARIA, and issues around anticoagulation.
