Tamina Levy

Dr Levy is a neurological physiotherapist working as an Advanced Practitioner at Flinders Medical Centre, Rehabilitation and Palliative Services. She works in a research/teaching role at Flinders University in the School of Physiotherapy. Dr Levy completed her PhD exploring exercise adherence in stroke survivors. Her areas of interest and expertise are stroke rehabilitation, spasticity management, adherence and behaviour change. Dr Levy has led a research team to develop the Adherence Counselling Toolkit (ACTnow Toolkit) for health professionals working with survivors of stroke, aiming to maximise adherence to exercise and physical activity programs. The toolkit is currently being tested in a feasibility study.
