Ms. Tina Ching-Lap MA holds a Master of Science degree in Stroke and Clinical Neurosciences from the Chinese University of Hong Kong and has completed advanced training in nursing leadership. With a career spanning over ten years, Ms Ma has consistently demonstrated exceptional leadership skills and a deep understanding of the complexities of multidisciplinary healthcare team management. Currently serving as the Outpatient Services Assistant Head of Nursing in the HKSH Medical Group, Ms Ma plays a pivotal role in developing and implementing innovative and evidence-based strategies to enhance the quality of care for patients with advanced medical and surgical conditions in primary care, medical and surgical specialty services. Ms. Ma collaborates closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the seamless delivery of comprehensive patient care. Beyond her professional commitments, Tina actively contributes to the nursing community through participation in professional associations like the College of Nursing Hong Kong, conferences and national and international healthcare events, where she shares her expertise and insights on topics such as stroke prevention, acute stroke management, and neuro-rehabilitation.
