Fana Alemseged
Dr Fana Alemseged is a neurologist and Senior Research Fellow at the Department of Medicine of The University of Melbourne. She is one of the world’s few experts (and major expert in Australia) in the field of basilar artery occlusion.
Dr Alemseged is the PI of the POST-ETERNAL trial of tenecteplase 0-24h in basilar artery occlusion and of the multicenter BATMAN (Basilar Artery Treatment and Management) registry.
