Dr James Barker is a current clinical and research stroke fellow at the Royal Melbourne Hospital, Victoria, undertaking a PhD with a focus on pre-hospital stroke management and systems of care for earlier provision of reperfusion therapies. Dr Barker had completed Neurology Advanced Training at St Vincent's Hospital and Royal Melbourne Hospital, and basic physician training at Royal Melbourne Hospital.
